– 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 3 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)
– 1/2 cup chicken broth
– 1/4 cup white wine
– Juice of 1 lemon

– 8 ounces linguine, cooked al dente
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

5. To the same skillet, add chicken broth, white wine, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes to reduce slightly.
6. Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
7. Stir in the cooked linguine and toss until well combined and heated through.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
